Late preterm baby

Has anyone had their baby at 34-36 weeks gestation and had minimal to no NICU stay for baby? If baby did have a NICU stay, how long and what for? How did you cope? 34.4 today, and have been experiencing preterm labor. I just got my second steroid shot for her lungs today. My son was born at 39 weeks and had to be in the NICU for 3 days on oxygen due to swallowing meconium, and just those few days nearly killed me. Any advice/encouragement is appreciated!
