Anyone else growing a toddler inside them?

So I’m currently 35 weeks and 5 days, I went to my ultrasound today and his stomach is measuring at 39 weeks and his estimated weight is 7 pounds and 5 ounces i was a tiny girl . My pre pregnancy weight was 119 and I think I’m about 170 now but I’m all belly. Did anyone else go through something like this and end up going into labor early or getting induced early, I have gestational diabetes and they have my induction date three days before my due date but I don’t think I can make it all the way to the 21st of August
