xanax while bf

before pregnancy i was on xanax but stopped taking it when found out i was pregnant and got put on zoloft (safest antidepressant while preg/bf,) i ran out of my prescription and haven’t filled it in a week bc i just haven’t had time . i took a .5 of my old xanax bc i really was having a horrible anxiety attack . i googled and said it was fine to still bf of it was once but i’m still so guilty and need reassurance . please no judgement 😭😭
