I’m 10lbs down!! 20 more to go!!
I started working out recently because my fiancé and I are wanting a precious baby of our own. I read everywhere that the first step is taking prenatal vitamins, drinking lots of water, start syncing up with your body’s way of telling you things, and EXERCISE!! So I started at the weight of 165.6lbs and I’m 5’5”. I know it’s probably all water weight that I just lost but I’m already down 10lbs, so I weigh 155.6lbs. If anyone is interested in how I do it, I just walk a mile every morning, do a quick and easy 5 minute exercise everyday, and occasionally I’ll do some yoga. Does anyone else have tips on losing weight fast when TTC?? (Trying to conceive!!) baby dust!! ♥️
