First tim pregnancy

I’m really concerned because I feel like my pregnancy tests are getting lighter and I had some mild spotting. But I was also told i have a Bicornuate Uterus and that most woman with this problem have bleeding at some point in their pregnancy... I’m really starting to freak out... have called the doctor waiting to hear back. They said my blood work on the 18th, showed my levels indicated I was around 4-5 weeks along. Any advice would be great..
