weird period ?

Okay so , i am 4 days late on my period. on the first day “late” i had one spot of brown discharge. nothing else. on the second day late out of two times going to the bathroom throughout the day i wiped to a very light brown. third day late was nothing. and today i’ve changed my tampon multiple times throughout the day and i’ve only had this much of a “period” on two tampons out of the couple i’ve used. i’ve very confused and don’t understand what’s going on. i usually spot brown most of the day and then go into a heavy ish flow for 4 days and then spot brown for two and i’m done. i don’t understand why my period is being super wonky. i have tummy cramps that make me feel like it’s niagra falls but it’s nothing close
