Letrozole (Femara) / Rekovelle & Prometrium for IUI

Has anyone done the combo listed above for IUI?

I have “mild” PCOS - meaning I do have regular cycles but 34 days and one enlarged ovary. I tried Femara last cycle but only one follicle developed to 18mm, and one that started growing but stayed at 12mm. Had a trigger shot of Ovidrel too. Obviously didnt work as we’re starting over this month...

I read several comments about Rekovelle but for IVF (not IUI) and it sounds like most people got a bunch of follicles that were mature (12-14?!) and it makes sense for IVF because they only implant up to 3. I’m worried that it will develop that many follicles for me and cause us to cancel this IUI round due to the risk of having seriously multiple pregnancy.

Anyone tried it and could tell me more? Also about side-effects? Femara/Ovidrel whooped my behind last month and I got pretty much every side effect in the books for both...
