😩🤞🏻 test line querie..

I am 7/8 weeks pregnant and saw the midwife last week, she only took my blood pressure my height and weight, she did not take any blood or a pregnancy test to confirm my pregnant.. (very strange) ..

I had a miscarriage not that long ago so since being pregnant this time I have took tests every other day, my previous tests have had two very dark lines and the two I have taken today are fainter lines? Can anyone tell me why? Should I be worried?

Two on the left are today and the other two are last week..
