Temperature Dip at 6/7 dpo

Hi, I just had a pretty significant dip in my temps today. Could it be a dip before AF (which isn't expected until Aug. 3rd/4th) or is it just a dip due to normal luteal cycles. I've read that an implantation dip is a bit of a myth so I'm guessing it's not that. Thanks!
