Anyone thinking about (renting) the Snoo bassinet?

My husband and I are on round ✌🏼 and have pretty devastating memories of our daughter’s fist 7 months of nighttime “sleeping”. I’ve heard such great things about this bassinet, but I’m trying to not fool myself into thinking it’ll absolutely save our nights. Any thoughts, ladies (& gentlemen- maybe)?

You could try Taking Cara Baby’s sleep class first! And then rent the snoo if your baby still isn’t sleeping well! I plan on taking her class and have heard great things :)

My husband I just purchased a used one for $700 on Mercari. We plan on selling it when we’re done using it vs renting. That way you get your money back!

I bought one when they had $400 off for Mother’s Day (it goes on sale a few times a year) and figured I’ll sell it after if it doesn’t work for us and save it for the next if it does. If it works, totally worth the extra sleep!

I haven’t heard of this and have been looking for a bassinet.. I’m 34 Weeks and need to buy one soon.. but

3.50 a day ( 112 a month ) to rent 
I went on YouTube and the website and it does seem pretty amazing, but I can just play white noise and get a rocking bassinet
I do like how it keeps the baby on the back and in place!

If you have the money to throw at it, go for it. I suspect you may only need to rent for the first 3 months or so until baby gets used to sleeping thru the night better. We will be going without though, I didnt even want to fork up the money for a temporary regular bassinet so 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

I do plan on getting a bassinet since I the one from my first baby away but I think it’s just an insane price. I’m all for nice things and gadgets that help especially with sleep. There are just way more reasonable options out there I think.
