Jury duty question 🤦🏼‍♀️

I knew after my husband was selected that I’d be next🙄 BUT here’s the kicker: I’m a stay at home mom, and the date picked is when we get back from vacation. I have no sitters. I’m also suppose to get an HSG test possibly that same exact date if my period cooperates. What can I do!? Can I get out of jury duty? My husband said just ignore the letter but I think I’d get in trouble?
