Postnatal eating and exercise plan recommendations

Hi fellow Glow friends,

I have a 7wk old and recovering from an emergency C-section and have definitely been using the fact that I’m a new Mum and recovering from surgery as an excuse to eat way too indulgently and have become a couch potato in terms of no exercise and laziness. I know I need rest but I’ve let it get a bit out of control and need to get my health back on track. I also need to fit into a bridesmaid dress at the end of the year and would love to shift a decent amount of weight to get there. Does anyone have an easy and effective eating and exercise plan pretty please? That isn’t too hard on the pocket in terms of food costs, and a quick exercise routine to fit around baby’s demands? I used to do 28 by Sam Woods but just can’t afford it while on maternity leave unfortunately, but if anyone’s familiar with that program I really loved that one. Any help, app suggestions, website links or any other advice is greatly appreciated!
