Membrane sweep high BP

So today I’m 39 weeks my blood pressure was high so they sent me to labor and delivery to be monitored for two hours took urine and blood I also had a membrane sweep today so I got a lot of contractions while hooked up. Everything came back normal I have to monitor my BP at home now and I’m hoping we have a baby soon!! Spotting and uncomfortable thinking I’ll take a walk later and see if that helps kick things into gear! How soon after your sweep did you start labor?
