I have this girl on fb who I went to high school with (9 years ago) and I guess she recently became a beach body coach and she’s been messaging me everyday about joining her group. Is $150 worth the beach body coach program thing? Not even sure what it Jax she said it’s like a nutrition plan and “Netflix for workouts”

I should also add I haven’t talked to her since high school... 9 years ago. So it caught me off guard
