Losing weight
I have always been a little on the thicker side since I was younger and throughout high school I was 5’3 and 140 lbs which I thought was gigantic at the time, and now I wish I could get back down to that. I’m almost 20 and I’ve had two babies and I hate the way I look. I’ve reached my all time highest weight of 210 and am miserable in my own body. My biggest problem areas are my thighs, butt and my saggy after baby belly. I just need tips on how to shed this weight and be consistent, I’ve tried to lose weight before but I only last a few weeks before I’m back to my old habits. But now I feel awful and I know something needs to change.
