My family keeps pointing out that I'm gaining weight

And I don't know if their saying it in a bad way or good way. I've always been so concern about my weight and every since I've gained weight I've been trying to watch out what I eat cause i dont want to blow up. So what are some healthy foods I can eat every day? I also work overnight and Im constantly eating bad. What are some healthy snacks I can eat?

My bf says theres nothing wrong with some weight. But he already told me when we got together that he dont like dating big girls and I was smaller than this when we met. He likes small woman. His bm is smaller than me. But he says hes ok with my size. I just dont want to get bigger. Which I know I will if I keep eating like I do
