Too early for symptoms? 4dpiui

Question

I had my IUI on sept 30. This cycle was daily follistim injectables w/a trigger. I've had horrible constipation the past 3 days, but I'm almost certain that's from the follistim (I read that's a side effect??) but this morning I woke up and my boobs feel SO heavy. Like I'm walking around carrying bowling balls.... :-/ I've never experienced this feeling before so I'm just curious. But I'm thinking 4dpiui is a bit early to have any symptoms.... Any insight would be helpful.

We are on the very same schedule. I had my iui on the same day and also took follistim and trigger shot. My boobs are heavy and bigger but I am not constipated. It is way too early to tell anything. I say these are side effects of the trigger or maybe the endometrin that I'm on as well. I do not symptom spot because I'm not in the business of stressing myself out or driving myself crazy. What will be will be. Going to wait till I actually miss  my period to test. Much Luch and baby dust to you.
