2 miscarriage in a row

I recently had a 2nd miscarriage last month 6-19 and the one before that was in April I have had 3 healthy pregnancies before. Has this happened before? My youngest is 8 so there is an age gap. I just need to know I’m not the only one. I really want to try again for another but I needed to give my body a break and got the depo shot. My dr said it happens but why?? They won’t do test 😣
