What's the best!!

I've my tubes tied cut n burnt, I've two children 11 & 8 yrs old after been divorced for 7 yrs I've now a committed relationship (planing our wedding) but he doesn't have kids. Who ever had tried any fertility method what would you recommend ? IVF, AIC or a tub reversal?
