So my ex husband, not yet divorced though. Wants our kids 3yr and 1 yr for two weeks. The longest he had them both was 1 week. We don’t have a custody agreement yet. I’m in the process to do that. And child support. This time he wants 2 weeks. I’m not comfortable doing that. Most I’ll give is a week and a half. So if I say I’ll give only a week and half till the judge orders something different. And he disagrees and says he wants 2 weeks. Does it look bad on me saying no not giving you that , if he presents that to a judge
