Have any of you had a total thyroidectomy and were still able to have children. I know that levels can be normalized with Levothyroxine or others but I heard it could be harder to get pregnant and stay pregnant.

I’m really upset after hearing this because I am turning 20 on Sunday and had a thyroidectomy almost a month ago. I only have 1 daughter and I’ve wanted three more children. It just makes me upset to know that my chances are going to be less likely. I’m so young and was so excited to have more children
