Oral thrush

Help mamas. Baby got thrush about two months ago. Cleared up his mouth and my nipples in about 4 days. He started having it again so we continued the oral nystatin. I have the cream for my nipples. They hurt so bad. I’m literally crying if I nurse him. Any tips to make it go away on my nipples faster? His mouth is nearly clear if not totally.

Currently supplementing with formula during day because it’s so painful. Going on day 3 of nipple cream and it’s not getting better.

I’m allergic to diflucan.
