Starting the weight loss journey again

I didn’t do this last time and I want to now. I feel it will actually help me love my body and notice the change more clearly. So

May 2017 I was 330 lbs which I don’t have a before photo cuz I never thought I’d lose the weight. But once I made it down to 27p I did take a pic

The day before I found out I was pregnant (3weeks) 208lbs

Me 40 weeks pregnant 272lbs and just not like she was coming any day soon

Well every day since having her something about me changes up at down I made it down to 230 and was so happy then things changed and it’s been hard to feel like me in a body that changed so much on a daily basis and I fell back into old habits

Well today is the day not tomorrow not Monday..

I started watching what I was eating and not eating cuz I’m bored or stressed and I’m working out again. I WILL CHANGE.

But I didn’t log my before last time so I will this time

I’ve already lost 5 this week my goal rn isn’t a number on the scale but how I feel when I see my self in the mirror
