I know it's very long but Help please

On Thursday after taking a nap I woke up at 8 and noticed some very light pink spotting when I wiped and my pee was pinkish also and then just when I would wipe the papprr would have some pink spots. it lasted for like an hour then on Friday I went to the restroom around 6 and when I wiped I just had some pink spotting on my paper again and went away within an hour also. On Saturday I didn't have no spotting at all but today in the morning I woke up at 6 am because I had to pee and when I wiped there was spotting again but this time it was kinda dark red then i kept wiping got more pinkish then stopped. What could this be ? I'm really worried also I'm having some slight cramps here and there no major cramps. Also I had a miscarriage on August I bled threw the 13-23 and got pregnant right way with no period I'm currently around 5 weeks pregnant now
