What does implantation bleeding look like?

Hey ladies! Usually when I miss my period and get my hopes up or start talking about it I start LoL but I’m late 10 days. And today for just a few hours I was super spotty.. watery super light blood then to brown and now nothing. I’ve had cramps and other symptoms of my body’s signs I’m going to start but I haven’t yet.. anyone have any ideas if it’s implantation bleeding or maybe just a slow start lol I haven’t taken any tests yet because my body won’t pick it up till I’m further along
