So my comment on the post MY. HAIR. WON’T. GROW. I posted everything I do there.
If you take supplements do not take longer than 90 days or they become ineffective. Do 90 on and 90 off and that should work well. I do not use biotin as it causes acne to flare and can be overdosed on which is not good for the body. I use collagen peptides in my AM coffee and I cycle through as I suggested above.
