She just turned 3 months yesterday. For the past two weeks, she has been having a hard time settling to sleep. She has always been a cat napped on her own but would sleep on me longer. Now, she fights naps terribly. She either won’t go down or wakes up 10 minutes after being down. I watch her wake times and sleepy cues daily!! She also wakes after being down for 45 minutes at night. Is this the sleep regression?? She also spits up occasionally, coughs at times, is drooling, always sounds congested. Any ideas??
