Boyfriend being weird

So, I started dating my boyfriend not that long ago, and basically, he apparently has given out his phone number to a bunch of girls, and given out his Skype to other people, but when I ask him for it he states. “I don’t have a phone number,” or “I don’t have a Skype”

He’s starting to seem a bit skeptical.

I’m not sure what I should do or say about this at this point.
