Bad parenting skills

So since i had my son i been having bad parenting skills my son is only 1 years old he doesn't listen to me when i tell him to come here he always crying and when i get frustrated i tell him stuff that i don't mean i love my son im not gone lie but i feel like i fail as a parent i need help what are something's you done to better your parenting skills
