Birth control cleanse ?
So I got my first shot in mid may. I'm supposed to go for the next one in beginning to mid August. But I dont want to I want to start ovulating and be able to conceive.
I read good things about the premonma birth control cleanse. Can I take it before my shot has worn off ? Has anyone done that
