My lo is dropping down to one nap by herself. She takes her nap from 12 till about 1:30 or 2 but then she's ready for bed by 6:30 or 7 but she goes to bed that early she seems to have a hard time sleeping through the night (she usually goes to bed about 8:30) or maybe she's just going through a leap idk. So I was wondering if your lo has dropped to one nap what time they take a nap and for how long and if it's affected their sleeping through the night?
