question for my mom please read!!!

my mom lastnight went to her idk ex or bf they were back and fourth but he had another woman there they were aruging and she was walking back to the car and this woman which is crazy whore crackhead she was running her mouth and beat my mom head up... can she do anything about it she went to er they said she har brain swelling or something she is in pain... she told a cop said he couldnt do nothing she is at mastrate office... trying to get something done...
