Travel System Stroller

Hey all! My son has been using a Graco travel system ever since he was born (Breaze stroller with click connect 35 LX). At what age or weight can we stop using the Click Connect car seat as part of the stroller? Like at what size can we just use the stroller on its own? Thanks!
