I need reassurance

Anyone similar to me? I have irregular cycles & my husband has chronic fatigue syndrome. I.e way less energy than most people. He takes anti depressants which unfortunately delay ejaculation. We have decided to try Mosie baby. Anyone think this can be successful ?
