Rash or baby acne?

Question

Hey ladies, anyone have any idea what this might be? Took the little dude to the doctor yesterday and she said it might be eczema, but it comes and goes? We just started supplementing and have tried two different kinds, but he’s had it before we started him on it. ☹️

My baby has eczema, I just found out 2 days ago at his appointment. 
Heat makes it worse, don’t use ANY scented stuff on him, try Aveeno lotion on him it’s got oatmeal in it which is sapose to help. 
I’m using strictly Aveeno lotions and shampoos/washes for my son now and it’s been helping. 
Try soaking him in oatmeal baths too! (:

My baby had a very bad rash on his face and neck. I don't know what caused it, but I stopped all the shampoo and lotions with accents. Now I just use shampoo/wash soap free. I use the brand Eucerin baby for both shampoo/wash and lotion. I gave him oatmeal bath 3 times week for 2 weeks. His skin is all clear now.
