If i took the emergency pill a month ago (back in june) and it worked (it made me bleed). I don’t think I ovulated that month.

But this month in july, i had my period on july 12th-19th. The app says im on cycle day 15, yesterday and today i got abit of cramps in my side and lower abdomen and lots of discharge. Today my discharge was quite clear and abit stretchy. Am i ovulating this month despite taking the pill last month?
