Stomach bug orrrr??

I’m 30 +3 weeks, past 3 days I’ve thrown up anything I eat, I threw up stomach acid last night. I’ve have very bad acid reflux & ive had bad diarrhea all day... is this normal? What should I do?

Could be because of pregnancy or a stomach bug. There is something going around right now. At least where I live. I've been getting sick, fiance has had diarrhea, my step mom, sister in law and cousin all had upset stomachs.

Week 33 I had serious diarrhea and felt cramps + nausea (but no puking) for a few days. Needed to hit the hospital for an IV to rehydrate but docs were unconcerned! Lasted 3 days...a week later I started seeing similar posts in the week30+ area all talking about similar symptoms. I thought I had the flu but guess it was typical preggo symptoms!?
