Healthy eating ?
I’m a little over 7 weeks pregnant and my dr wants me to eat as healthy as I can 😩 I normal don’t go for junk food and all that. But put a bowl of pasta in front of me and I’ll go to town on it. Idk how I’m suppose to do this when all I want is tacos during my pregnancy 😒😅 any tips will be very appreciated ❤️
