Is this appropriate?!?

Is it appropriate for you husband/boyfriend to be in girls messages sending “😍❤️🥰” emojis and telling them they’re so gorgeous? He sees nothing wrong with it. And actually this is the same girl I caught him trying to talk to in the beginning of our relationship. He’s commented emojis like that on a couple of girls pictures. I don’t find it appropriate at all. He says it’s just compliments and refuses to see it any other way or from my perspective. Is this appropriate?!
