Extreme hair loss

I’m 17 weeks pp and just recently my hair loss has gotten really bad. It literally looks like I have a receding hair line 😭😭😭 are any of you taking biotin vitamins or using shampoo for hair growth? I was planning on letting it be but this hair loss is getting RIDICULOUS
