Our second is now 3 months and I developed mastitis this week as she is sleeping longer than 3 hours at a time finally and I have joined her.

I was advised to pump the side often to keep expressing the clogged duct and lump out. Today is day 3 and I pumped a whole extra 4 ounces from that side in addition to the 8 I normally pump from that side...

I hate that THIS is my problem as I know so many moms who don’t produce enough. This is just so hard and painful though. 😩
