**fingers crossed**....update

Dianne

I've shared my story before with little updates here and there, but this time it has a happier update (for now, it will be happier down the road I'm sure).

May 6th, I found out I was pregnant (6 weeks). On May 25th (8/9 weeks pregnant) I was told that I was having an incomplete miscarriage and that no heart beat, fetus or anything could be seen even though my HCG levels were rising (not doubling though). Sure enough I had the whole gross and horrible experience June 6-10th with blood work later confirming that my HCG levels were "not pregnant/normal". There was lots of tears, pain, hurt, all things that no matter how many words I use still can't explain how it felt for the both of us, but now fast forward to today. My 32nd birthday is next week (so is my predicted ovulation) and my fiance'/I agree that we will start "trying without trying" . We plan on eating more healthy (more plant based since we already eat healthy now), cut out sugars as much as we can (only sugars we'll have are from fruits), get more exercise (again, we're pretty active now but want to be a little more), keep taking our vitamins and when it comes to the predicted ovulation time do the apparently well known legs up method after sex. We're not ready to go into full TTC mode (ovulation strips, body temps... etc) but even coming this far seems like a huge accomplishment.

Hopefully soon I get to share my positive test and have a sticky rainbow baby bean. Is there anything else I should maybe keep in mind / start as well ??

***Update***
