Logging Periods in Glow
Hi there!
Quick question about using the glow app’s daily tracking. I had a period with a light-medium flow that required tampons for 5 days. On the sixth day, I had trace amounts of drier blood so I used a pantry liner. Would I log this sixth very light day as “period” or “spotting?”
