Prescriptions in the TWW?

I’m in the TWW (10dpo) and just got prescribed Prednisone, an antibiotic, and Sudafed for a nasty cold/sinus infection. The Prednisone is a pretty high dose - three 20mg pills a day, for a total of 60mg a day. Anyone know if any of those will hinder an egg that may be trying to implant right now??
