Hi ladies, for those who lost late in pregnancy , how long did it take you mentally to be ready to try again?

I just lost my baby girl at 21 weeks.

This was my 3rd pregnancy and 3rd loss. The others were early losses.

I told myself the whole time I was pregnant that it was it. No more. Mentally I had a really hard time. I suffered from horrible anxiety and panic attacks when I left my house. I stayed house bound the whole pregnancy , only leaving for dr apts and that was still hard.

The recovery hasn't been fun either. The emotional part is torcher. I have debated surrogacy. Thinking of a family member would be willing to carry for us. It's a process I need to go though and look at closely. My sister offered for free but she's had pregnancy issues. She carried my niece till 36 weeks and she's now 3. But the pregnancy was rough as well. Physically not mentally for her.
