Question for those of you who had laparoscopic surgery and still had your tube after. At your post op appointment did they take your hcg level? Mine did not and it turns out that they left fetal tissue and my tube ruptured. Just spent two days in the hospital after second surgery to remove tube and 1 liter of blood and then got a hemorrhagic cyst on my disconnected ovary that ruptured.

I'm wondering now if this happened because they didn't catch it at post op because they didn't check my hcg levels. I'm beyond upset right now. Is this a malpractice issue???
