Mega food baby and me. I have taken these with all my pregnancies. I absolutely never have a sore stomach and i can take them on an empty stomach. They also contain folate rather then folic acid. I get mine on amazon.ca for about $ 60 a month.

I got the garden of life prenatal gummies and think they’re so gross (still gonna try and finish them because I hate waste) but I just ordered the Ritual prenatal vitamins and am excited to try them! Oh yeah the gummies also made me nauseous every time I ate them and supposedly ritual’s doesn’t 🤷🏽♀️

Best vegan prenatals???
