7 months postpartum and...
Im down almost 50lbs (I gained 44lbs during pregnancy 😅) and i feel like i want to brag... just a little!

Our bodies are amazing and everything is possible. I worked out throughout my pregnancy and 10 days later I was back at the gym and for 4 months i was on a low carb diet, now i just do some low carb cycling through the week.
I was back to work full time 4 months pp so the gym became my personal haven. I squeeze a workout 4/5 times a week in the morning before work or just on weekends!
Now this is the part where I brag, my gym asked me to start a postpartum fitness class on the weekends and I’m super excited to help out all of the postpartum mommies❤️ btw i work in corporate finance, but i took fitness lessons part time a while ago.
