How much?

Question

How much does your baby eats, how often, what type of food? Favourite food? Any advice on giving finger food? I haven't started finger food yet baby is nearly 7 months old, I am scared of chocking 🙄

Three meals a day brekky lunch and dinner. We try everything! So far she loves sucking on slices of tomatoes, strawberries, steamed broccoli and other veggies. She loves smoshed up banana with breast milk and baby rice. Only thing she didn't like was blueberries. We're gonna try kiwi and papaya today!

My baby started with the baby purées organic by beech nut. I make my own now but those were a good start to see what she liked. Sweet potatos was her go to for awhile over green beans or banana. We started with about 1 fourth of the jar and slowly bumped it up. She’s at a little over half a jar a couple times a day now: I want to try baby led weaning type finger foods but still a little nervous so I’m just waiting a little longer
