Do periods always come 14 days after ovulation?

I ovulated on CD17 and Glow pushes back my period by a few days (14 days after ovulation) is that what always happens? As in, you always have periods exactly 14 days after ovulation?

Nope, it varies. 
Did you change your luteal cycle when you changed ovulation? In your settings everyone has their luteal cycle at a default of 14 days, you will need to change that as well as your ovulation date. The luteal cycle is the time between your ovulation and your next period.
